Jim has been in the automotive business for over 25 years. He has worked at several agencies concentrating on all aspects of Automotive Advertising. In 2002, Jim decided to open his own agency. Starting with only 3 employees, Jim was able to grow his agency to over 20 employees with an extensive list of clients. Over the years, he has gained insight and knowledge into the inner workings of automotive dealerships as well as a widespread knowledge of the Northeast markets. He has the product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry’s ever-changing trends and cycles. His ability to create successful media campaigns and to determine “cost per vehicle” relative to sales makes him one of the top automotive advertising executives in the country
Before joining the Allen Roche Group, Laura held Financial Analyst positions in a variety of industries including Consulting and Healthcare. Most notably, Laura worked as a Financial Analyst at Hill Holiday, a top-tier advertising agency in Boston before taking on her most challenging and rewarding role as mother to two twin boys. Since joining Allen Roche Group Laura has worked in several areas of the business including direct mail, account service, and accounting. As CFO, she brings the right mix of finance and advertising experience, business acumen and ability to turn numbers into business strategy. Laura holds a B.S. in Finance from Providence College and an MBA from Suffolk University. She lives in New Hampshire with her family.

With 29 years of Marketing and Advertising experience Randy works “hands on” with clients to ensure Allen Roche Group’s product offerings, services and staff are highly effectual and provide a measurable, positive “Return on Marketing and Advertising Investment”. Randy incorporates 22+ years of Integrated Digital Marketing experience and expertise into the planning and execution of comprehensive coordinated digital / traditional marketing strategies that drive advertising and business success in today’s hyper-competitive, device connected marketplaces. His direct work with clients provides Strategic Business Assessment, Strategy Formulation, Planning and Management to ensure well-crafted Marketing and Advertising Strategies that achieve Client goal and objectives.
Director of Advertising
Nicole’s life in advertising brings 17+ years of experience as a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and proven leader. She is passionate about her job, and the work that she does. Nicole has solid skills in communication, which explains why she loves human relationships, has a deep love for animals and feels music brings a lot to people’s lives. Nicole’s main focus is building relationships with new clients and strengthening existing ones. She strives to have a deep understanding of all clients and their business goals, challenges and needs.
John brings experience in the operations and technology field from a variety of industries including financial services, law, hospitality, education, energy and biotech. He brings a diverse perspective to Allen Roche Group having worked for a variety of organizations ranging from the Fortune 1000 to a small startup. John has worked with top-tier accounts including Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, and MIT.
In his previous role at an internet startup, John oversaw the website and database launch for a green energy research company. Now in his first role in the advertising world, John helps to create and enhance our clients’ web presence.
Creative DirectorFor over 20 years, Jack’s clients have enjoyed one of the world’s most elusive art forms – creative advertising that actually sells more products. Working on both the agency and client side – including stops at Grey Advertising, RBI, Nielsen and Affinion – Jack has helped companies like P&G, Dannon, American Express and Wells Fargo attract more customers…and sell more products. He’s also helped them learn the proper ways to execute digital campaigns and avoid the pitfalls and poor practices that plague many advertisers. As Allen Roche Group’s Creative Director, Jack enjoys helping clients experience the benefits of truly great advertising. He also enjoys listening to loud music while he works.
